United We Ride Pilot Program

The goal of the United We Ride Pilot Program is to effectively provide more transportation options to more of our transportation disadvantaged citizens in Lee and Russell counties. This can only be accomplished by building partnerships between providers of transportation and the human service agencies and organizations that represent senior citizens, families in poverty, and individuals with disabilities.

A long range plan for coordinating transportation has been developed with the assistance of RLS and Associates, INC., an Ohio-based firm that specializes in transportation consultation. To view the plan, click here.
