The program enables eligible blind, elderly, and disabled persons to receive assigned and specialized care in their homes, which allows the individuals to avoid or delay their move to a nursing home. Services are provided at no cost to participant(s).
Eligible senior citizens can receive home-delivered frozen meals which are delivered once a week.
Qualifications are based on need, 60 years and older.

The Older Adult Relative Caregiver Program provides support to older adults who find themselves caring for grandchildren or other minor age relatives. The program can provide assistance with childcare, school supplies, and other needs that can be difficult for an older adult on a fixed income to provide
This program provides subsidized, part-time employment opportunities for persons age 55 or older and who have a limited household income.
The goal of this program is for the workers to move from subsidized job placement to unsubsidized job placement within their community.
Provide older individuals with consumer education and counseling regarding Medicare, Medicaid and other health insurance options.
